Senior Customer Care - Team Lead
THE JOB
We currently have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sr. Customer Care - Team Lead to ensure the highest possible customer retention satisfaction is achieved by providing outstanding customer servicing related to the Circle 1 Network Web sites. The Team Lead will prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the day-to-day activities of the customer service function. In addition, the Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing tactics to increase retention and user activity among subscribers as well as developing policies and procedures to identify reasons for cancellation and provide mechanism to re-engage subscribers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires two years of college and minimum of 4 years related experience or combination thereof.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Intrinsic people and customer care propensity essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects using effective time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to interact well in a team environment and with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
