Customer Care
Serve as main point of contact between the Company and its customers in responding to customer inquiries. Promote customer retention by communicating the value of our service, and motivating user registrations and membership purchases. Assist in developing and implementing strategy to increase retention and activity among subscribers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous customer care experience required.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interact well in a team environment and with all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and PC skills required.
